Most of the ingredients at Manghis’ Bread, including our flours, are GMO-free. Here’s a list of GMO statements from our suppliers.

A note on allergens

At Manghis’, we strive to be aware of allergens and to offer bread that everyone can enjoy. We make a spelt loaf for those who can’t tolerate wheat, and we keep products with nuts separate from other breads as much as possible. However, all our bread is made on equipment that has also made products containing nuts, eggs, dairy, wheat, and soy. 100% purity is not guaranteed in a small bakery space!
